Login Factory Service Mode Method

1. Press and hold the "AUTO" & "+" button (some model are use "ENTER" and "+" button), then power on the lcd monitor.
2. After on monitor, press the "MENU" button to open the osd menu.
3. Now, in the osd menu, you can see at the bottom of menu have an extra selection "FACTORY" on it.
4.  Go to that "FACTORY" selection and press the "ENTER" button.
5. OK, you're login to the dell lcd monitor factory service mode.
